Project Lifecycle Process

Our Process

Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering

We begin by engaging with the client to understand their vision, needs, and project objectives. Conduct initial site visits and gather key technical and functional requirements. This phase ensures alignment between client expectations and project planning.

Business Development & Bidding

Identify potential clients through market research. Prepare detailed proposals including design, cost, and timelines. Submit bids, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts to kick off projects.

Planning & Design

We conduct feasibility studies, surveys, and soil tests. Create engineering designs and drawings. Obtain all necessary permits and approvals to move the project into execution.

Procurement

We source materials, equipment, and hire subcontractors. Select vendors, sign agreements, and plan logistics to ensure all resources arrive on time and within budget.

Construction Execution

We mobilize teams and equipment to the site. and oversee daily work, ensure safety compliance, and track progress using project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.

Quality Assurance & Control

We conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations. We also maintain clear documentation for accountability.

Project Handover

A final inspection is conducted with the client to confirm project completion. Any remaining issues are resolved, and all handover documents—including as-built drawings and warranties—are delivered. The defect liability period officially begins at this stage.

Post-Project Support

Provide post-construction support such as maintenance, if required. Collect feedback from the client, evaluate the project’s success, and document key lessons learned to improve future project execution.
